I'm pining for another one of these as I type and look at this picture: We went to El Sabor after reading that they served "Oaxaca's quintessential street food," a "tyaluda," which is basically a tortilla that's griddled til crisp and covered in lard, refried black beans, lettuce, shredded quesillo cheese, avocado, with meats added (I chose spicy Chorizo and and a thinly sliced, grilled flank steak). Mmmmmmm...
