Very flavorful dishes at Wild Ginger: we went for Saigon Scallops (fresh, lightly grilled sea scallops w/ a soy and black vinegar sauce); Peasants Chicken (Skewered, free-range chicken marinated in coconut and curry cream, then seared over a flame and served w/ a spicy peanut sauce). Went on to the above entrees: Seven Flavor Beef (a house specialty, left), and Lamb Bumbu (very tender lamb tenderloin, several tasty spices crushed into a paste, then cooked with sweet coconut milk). Delicious, fresh flavors.
