Seattle has its own Il Porcellino! Rachel, the unofficial "mascot" of the Pike Place Market, is made of bronze and was modeled after a late pig which belonged to a neighbor of the artist. Rachel serves as a "piggy bank," and has raised over $100,000 for charities from passersby in the Market.
